Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
